We are happy to share the highlights of our anniversary dinner at Hobart's acclaimed restaurant, The Black Footed Pig in Tasmania, Australia where we enjoyed their acclaimed Chefs Table Menu.

Our seven course meal consisted of:

Oysters, cucumber and lime granita
White fish crudo
Spring bay mussels
Honey roasted quail
Asparagus and mato salad
Cape Grim hanger steak
Lemon curd toasted meringue with sorbet

It was definitely an amazing meal and after a number of generous wine pairings and a bottle of fine Spanish red to finish off our dinner, it was a wonderful way to celebrate our anniversary
